Susan Campbell

Hello, my name is Susan Campbell. This will be my 3rd year to teach Music, Art, and Spanish at Morning Star. It is my goal to make sure that the students love and appreciate the Fine Arts and learn some Spanish so that they can communicate with others in the community.

I was born in Duluth, MN, and was adopted when I was just a couple of months old. My dad was in the Air Force, so we moved around quite a bit and spent 4 years in Italy! I have been married to my husband, Marshall, for 29 years. We have 6 children and an awesome Son-In-Law. My kids range in age from 26-11! Before moving to Bonham, our family served with the IMB as missionaries to South America for 8 ½ Years. We are members at Frist Baptist Bonham and I am involved in the Children’s and Women’s ministries.

I graduated High School from LBH High School in Johnson City, TX. I then attended SWTSU (now Texas State University) in San Marcos and received a BS in Education with a minor in Music. I have my ESL and Gifted and Talented endorsements. I also am a certified teacher through the ACSI organization. Last year I also received my CDL license so that I can drive the MSA bus!
